For independent auto repair shops in Hayward, San Leandro, Union City, Newark and Fremont
Your bays, your techs, your actual work, running as ads. You pay 15 percent of what those jobs close for.
I shoot your shop, I run the ads off that footage, and every call nobody picks up gets caught and texted back in about ten seconds. No monthly fee. No retainer. Your ad budget stays in your own account, in your name, and goes straight to Google. If I bring you nothing, you pay me nothing.
- One shoot day
- 30 clips in 72 hours
- Paid on closed jobs only
- También hablo español
What you get
One shoot day, running as ads, with the phone covered.
- A shoot day at your shop. Your bays, your techs, the real work. (sold on its own at $1,499)
- 30 vertical clips back in 72 hours, captions already written, so a dozen different ads can run at once instead of three. (sold on its own at $2,500)
- Those ads built and run for you, in your own account, in your name. (not sold separately)
- Every call nobody picks up gets caught and texted back in about ten seconds, with the name, the phone, what they drive and what is wrong with it. (sold on its own at $749 a month)
- Every finished customer asked for a Google review. (sold on its own at $500 a month)
- A sheet every Monday: every job we caught that week. You write in what each one closed for. (the whole billing system)
The price, and it is the whole price
You pay me out of jobs that closed.
Twenty dollar minimum, so an oil change is not worth arguing about.
No monthly fee. No retainer. If I bring you nothing, you pay me nothing.
Your ad budget is separate and it is yours. It goes from your card straight to Google, in your own account, in your name, and never through me.
The shoot day
The first two shops pay nothing for the shoot day.
In exchange I get an honest testimonial with your name on it and the right to publish the numbers, whatever they turn out to be. After those two, the shoot day is $1,499, credited back in full against your first invoices. You see every photo and every clip before a dollar moves, and it is delivered within 72 hours of the shoot or you never pay for it at all.
One thing on your side: you name one person who calls every caught job back the same day. I catch the call. Booking it is yours.
Shop software in this category runs $299 to $999 a month, every month, whether the phone rings or not, and none of it shoots your shop or runs your ads.
How it runs
Five steps, and the first one is free.
Step 1
Start with the free Missed Call Audit. I count what your shop is actually missing before you spend anything.
Step 2
We lock in a Sunday. The first two shops pay nothing for it. After that, a card holds the slot and is charged after you have seen the work.
Step 3
Shoot day. Your team changes nothing. Within 72 hours every clip is in your hands.
Step 4
The ads go up in your account and the phone piece goes in. You name one person who calls every caught job back the same day.
Step 5
Monday sheets start. At month end I bill 15 percent of what closed, less any shoot credit you have left.
The questions owners ask
Answered plainly, before you ask.
What counts as a job?
Somebody who called about their car and you fixed it. On the sheet with their name and their phone before anybody touches the car. Not a click. Not a form fill.
How will you know what it closed for?
Your phone number on my sheet matches the phone number on their invoice. You fill in the amount. That is the whole system.
Who holds the ad account?
You do, in your name. The budget goes from your card straight to Google and never through me. I do not touch ad money.
What about my walk ins and my regulars?
Yours. If someone I brought you comes back six months later, that one is yours too. I only get paid on the first job, off a phone number that is already on my sheet.
What if I fire you?
The ad account, the footage, the site and the sheet are all yours. Everything keeps running.
Free Missed Call Audit
Your real number, not my guess.
Four shops a month. Shoot days are Sundays, and there are four of them.
