Rodi Scales ("we", "us") operates as a marketing agency. This policy explains how we handle information when you contact us or use our services.
We may collect your name, business name, phone number, and messages you send us through iMessage, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp.
We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell your data.
We use automated tools to send an initial reply to inbound messages outside business hours. These replies are template-based and do not involve AI decision-making about your data.
Message logs are retained for up to 90 days for operational purposes and then deleted.
